Shipping policy

We offer a working day dispatch service, this means your orders will only be dispatched Monday - Friday, Excluding Bank Holidays. We dispatch all packages as quickly as possible, with pretty much every order leaving the same day. The cut off for same day dispatch is 3pm for Royal Mail, & 2pm for UPS unless otherwise specified. Sometimes, we are away from the business which means there will be delays in dispatching your order, but this will be communicated on the website, social media and on your order confirmation emails. Orders that have special requirements, such as stippling, servicing or building are subject to delays due to the time needed.

Please bear in mind, weather conditions and events out of our control can delay certain shipments. Other factors like, courier strikes or staffing issue their side is also a possibility and unfortunatley again out of our control.  We cannot give specific delivery times as we do not directly control the couriers, please keep and eye on your tracking as this will give you more information. 

Once you receive your package please check the contents are correct - on rare occasions there may be errors. If this is the case please get in contact with us within 48 hours so we can rectify the issue. 

On some occasions we do offer free shipping. This is however, only limited to mainland UK. Any areas out side of this will be subject to shipping costs. 

Pre-Orders

We are unable to offer refunds on Pre-Ordered products before they have arrived with you. They will be shipped within 24 hours of us receiving the product from the supplier. We have no control over delays in the manufacturing process and release times may change due to uncontrollable circumstances.

International Shipping

All international shipments are shipped with UPS unless otherwise specified. Once you order has been dispatched (Dispatch times for international orders are within 48hrs) we will supply you with a tracking number. We highly recommend tracking this to help speed up the process of getting your order. All checkouts are excluding VAT, once your order gets to the destination county, VAT & Duties at your local rates may need to be payed to clear customs (this will show on your tracking).

*Any Government tax or Brokerage fees are not included in the shipping. These are set by the Government in your home country*

If there is any intervention needed, UPS may contact you directly, please use the invoice supplied with your order confirmation if they request it. We will have already electronically sent this over to UPS, However, they sometimes need it manually. If you are in need of any help regarding your international order please get in contact with us via the Contact Page.

We will contact you prior to dispatching your order, to make sure you are able to import Airsoft products. If given the go ahead from you (the customer)  we will dispatch this item - we are not held accountable if your parcel is seized.

If for any reason your order is undelivered and not accepted by you. Once we receive the order back we will refund your order. This, however, will be minus any extra fees we have incurred due to it being returned to us. 

Free shipping promotion is strictly UK shipping only, unless otherwise stated.

Shipping to the United States

Customs Duties & Import Tariffs

As of 2025, new US tariffs have been introduced on certain imported goods, including hobby and sporting equipment. This means your order may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or tariffs upon arrival in the United States.

These charges:

  • Are assessed by US Customs and Border Protection

  • Are the responsibility of the recipient

  • Will not be included in your original payment at checkout

We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office for the most up-to-date information regarding duties and applicable tariffs before placing your order.

Important Notes

  • We do not have control over customs charges or delays.

  • Refusal to pay duties may result in your parcel being returned or destroyed by customs.

  • Refunds will not be issued for parcels refused due to unpaid customs or tariffs.
