In 2024, we invested in a fully bespoke production line, purpose-built for stringent quality control and premium packaging. Although our BBs are manufactured in Taiwan, we refuse to accept anything less than excellence. Every batch undergoes rigorous, step-by-step checks to ensure you only receive the best.

Here’s how it works:

• Moisture Control: Once BBs arrive in the UK, we separate them into custom trays and test them with specialized equipment to ensure moisture levels are below 0.5 g/m³. Unlike many suppliers, we pay extra to have BBs washed and dried before this process even begins.
• Precision Weighing: After passing moisture checks, BBs are dispensed through our custom-built, temperature - and humidity-controlled weighing system, calibrated at 19°C.
• The Fun Touch: Each PET can includes our exclusive “Toxic Jackpot” Scratchcards, adding a little excitement to every purchase.
• Sealing & Packaging: Filled cans are air-sealed with aluminium ring-pull lids, then labeled with unique artwork created by renowned illustrators. Finally, they’re packed into cartons of 12 and stored at ambient temperature before being shipped to distributors.

We are the only BB supplier in the UK with such a labor-intensive, detail-driven process. While others simply pass along pre-packed BBs from Taiwan, we take extra steps to elevate the product and the experience.
